Ilsur Metshin: “The party doesn't have any particularly home affairs, and there are no more important tasks than work on interests of people”

The XXIX the conference of Kazan local separation of the “Edinaya Rossiya” was held in Tatarstan capital city.

(KZN.RU, November 8, Alena Miroshnichenko). Today the XXIX conference of Kazan local separation of the “Edinaya Rossiya” was held in the Kazan CCS “Moskovsky”. In work of the conference which was conducted under the chairmanship of the secretary of separation, Ilsur Meshin, the Mayor of Kazan; Farid Mukhametshin, the member of the presidium of federal council of the party “Edinaya Rossiya”, the secretary of Tatarstan regional separation of the party , the chairman of the State Council of the RT, as well as deputies of the State Council of the RT, Kazan City Duma, and the representatives of local council of the members of the party took part in it. It was attended by 233 deputies from 260, quorum for making decisions was achieved.

The event was held before the conference of Tatarstan regional separation of “Edinaya Rossiya” and the next All-Russian congress. The participants of the conference struck balance of work for 2018 and defined tasks for the forthcoming period.

Ilsur Metshin spoke of achievements of Kazan local separation of the party, noting at the same time those areas, to which it was necessary to pay attention to in the future. “It is necessary to say that the overall performance of the party organization for this year increased appreciably. Taking advantage of interelective quiet conditions, we concentrated on system party activity, on realization of programs, projects and received orders from the inhabitants of Kazan “, - he emphasised.

I.Metshin called colleagues not to avoid acute problems of the day. “Be honest with ourselves: we have a lot that we need to work on. Look at any researches of sociologists of problems inside the society, and you will see the same problems, which “Edinaya Rossiya” talks about”, - he noted.

Ilsur Metshin emphasized that constant party control was necessary “not to degenerate good undertakings to simple formality”. “Constant party analysis of all is necessary that it turns out or does not turn out and that it is necessary to make that business go to people blessing”, - the secretary of Kazan local separation of the party “Edinaya Rossiya" declared.

Next year the elections of a new composition of republic parliament are expected in Tatarstan. I.Metshin emphasized that this event would become “test to maturity” for all levels of the authority, as well as for the party. I.Metshin noted necessity of more active and close interaction with electors and social institutes.

Guiding line for work for the year immediately ahead will become a task sounded in annual message of the President of the RT Rustam Minnikhanov to the State Council of the RT, the secretary of Kazan local separation of the party noted.

Within realization of these tasks in Kazan many programs are realized directed to quality improvement of the Kazan citizens' life. All of them take for base electoral programme “My Kazan” and its 12 priorities. The main purpose is to make Tatarstan capital city with advanced economy and a social domain, to make life in our city much better and comfortable, the Mayor of Kazan emphasized.

“Today Kazan is becoming health territory and kind, the city, in which we want to live, learn and work!” - I.Metshin declared. For this purpose the party co-ordinates performance about 10 federal party programs and projects, as well as 21 local party projects. “Historical memory”, “City's urban environment”, “Dobraya Kazan”, “Zhiznelub” are becoming known too. And they also promote the creation of favourable atmosphere in the city and success in finishing the area of parks, squares, promenades.

Ilsur Metshin called upon Executive Committee of the party , the deputies of Gorduma and asset to think over new party projects, which would provide breakout in the most different domains of life of the city. “All sense of updating consists that party has become closer to the people, that more effective the problems of citizens have been solved that life becomes better, more convenient, more worthy, that party will be able to carry out task of supplying of breakout, of which President of the country in his message said.
