Eight challenged shared-equity construction facilities to be commissioned until spring 2021 in Kazan.
Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, inspected the progress of work at the challenged shared-equity construction facilities. With the participation of the Federal Fund for the protection of the participants of equity construction, construction of the second, third and fourth houses of the MCHS residential complex has resumed.
The MCHS residential complex includes five houses, of which the first house for 527 apartments and the fifth house for 102 apartments have been commissioned.
Two contractors – Komosstroy company from Izhevsk and local company Ak Tash are involved for the completion of the second house for 528 apartments, commissioning is planned by blocks, as the previous building, Azat Nigmatzyanov , the first Deputy head of the Executive Committee, told the Mayor.
Also under this agreement, a month ago, with the participation of Ak Tash company, the construction of the third and fourth houses of the MCHS residential complex for 574 apartments each, which were in the lowest stage of completion built by the Fon group of companies, resumed.
“The construction site is literally boiling”, - said Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan. He reminded that a systematic work to address the problem of defrauded shareholders is being carried out in the city under the leadership of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, and with the participation of the Federal center, eight venues are expected to be commissioned in the capital of Tatarstan in less than a year. “This is about 4 thousand defrauded shareholders. The task is to complete the construction of all these houses in the spring of 2021 and deliver apartments”, - I.Metshin said.
