Twenty-two bands from India, Ethiopia, Brazil, China, Iran, Cuba and Turkey will take part in the event. On the first day of the festival, jazz films will be screened for residents and visitors of the city. These films will be shown in outdoor locations, including Aksyonov Garden, Fisherman’s Garden, and the embankment of Lake Kaban. The film screenings will begin at 8 pm.

On August 29, Baumana and Peterburgskaya streets will be filled with the sounds of jazz orchestras. In the evening at 16.00, guests will enjoy a Dixieland parade from Baumana and Peterburgskaya Streets to the final destination – the Kamal theater.

A festival concert will take place on the stage near the Kamal theater, where the combined orchestra of Dixieland BRICS will perform a popular Tatar melody and other well-known music.

A screening of “Some like it hot” will take place in Fisherman’s Garden, and “Volga, Volga” in Aksyonov Square.

On the final day of the festival, August 30, a rich musical program will start at various venues at 11:00 am.
