<p> (KZN.RU, November 12, Ksenia Shvetsova). In 2019 it is planned to include 396 houses for the program of major renovation of houses. Also it is planned to execute a total complex of civil and erection works in 220 Kazan houses, the lifts will be replaced in 45 houses, and the knots of weather regulation will be installed in 47 houses. Today Dmitry Anisimov, the chairman of the Housing and Utility Services Committee, spoke of the issue of restoration and reconstruction of houses at the staff meeting. </p> <p> 2717 houses have been repaired in Kazan for 11 years, the living conditions were improved for 544 thousand capital city inhabitants. 431 house was included to the program of this year, the volume of works financing will account for 1,9 bn roubles. It is developed the design-budgeted documentation for 145 houses next year. </p> <p> D.Anisimov reported that the quality of conducted repair is under control: the state commissions of 91 house and the working commissions of 99 houses have been already conducted, also the small-sized remarks are eliminated now. </p> <p> This year 41 contractor executes the program of overhaul. All seasonal types of works are performed in time, 149 houses are repaired now. Mainly, the works on replacement of the lifts in 39 houses and the installation of weather regulation units in 46 houses haven't been completed yet. According to words of the chairman the chairman of the Housing and Utility Services Committee, these works are planned to be finished by December 1. </p> <p> The complex approach to creation of comfortable living environment is realized in 18 block of flats for 3600 citizens. The amount of contractors is increased every year who introduce their creative ideas for the improvement of convenient life. For example, the entrance doors with armoured glazing are installed in 14 houses of Kirov and Moscow districts. “The installation of armoured transparent doors in houses is applied for increase of the visibility zone in entrances in day and night time thanks to their illumination. We have a plan to introduce similar innovations in Kazan houses and other districts of the city“, - the speaker noted and added that the reconstruction of 13 former Kazan hostels was being ongoing actively. </p> <p> The slight decline in the realization of the overhaul program was shown of decreased because of a new mechanism of contractor choice. The electronic auction is led for the contractor definition now. </p> <p> D.Anisimov reported, nowadays the realization of the overhaul program accounts of 85,95%. At the present time the program of overhaul is formed for the next year. “It is planned to include 396 houses and execute a total complex of civil and erection works in 220 houses, as well as 124 lifts will be replaced in 45 houses and the units of weather regulation will be installed in 47 houses”, - D.Anisimov shared with the plans. </p>
