I.Metshin introduced the new head of the administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts

<p> Fanis Nurmukhametov has been appointed the new head of the administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts of Kazan. Last month, he worked as the first deputy head of the district administration. Prior to that, he was a director of the Kazan Zoo for several years. Today, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin introduced the new head to the staff of the administration. </p> <p> According to I.Metshin, Fanis Nurmukhametov has done a lot of work over the years in the Executive Committee of Kazan. “Fanis Vagizovich works with us since 2008. He worked in MUE “Organization of Passenger Transportation”, where he did a lot of work on the introduction of the GLONASS system, on utilities equipment, as well as garbage trucks. We were among the first in Russia in these issues. Then he was entrusted with the next big project –our new Zoo. We have come a long way, obatining brand new experience”, - the Mayor said. </p> <p> “I will try to meet all expectations. Of course, I will try to preserve the traditions, all that distinguishes the administration of our district, - said in turn, F.Nurmukhametov. – Our industrial enterprises are the pride not only of Kazan, but also of the whole country. I suppose, it is very important to link the chains here – schools, universities, factory. I have great hope for you, Timur Lazovich, and I think we will work together in this regard”. </p> <p> Timur Alibayev, who headed the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts for 15 years, was appointed as acting rector of the Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev. The Mayor of Kazan noted that under Timur Alibayev, these districts have undergone great changes. “There is no doubt that the rich experience that he has received while working in the districts of our city will help Timur Lazovich. A quarter of a century was devoted to serving people. He started working in the most difficult times. Residents were waiting for improvements. And Timur Lazovich met these expectations”, - the Mayor said. </p> <p> The Mayor of Kazan awarded Timur Alibayev with the merit badge “For Faithful Service to Kazan”. </p> <p> At the end of the meeting, Timur Alibayev wished Fanis Nurmukhametov success in his new position and the achievement of all his goals. </p>
