I.Metshin: "Equipment update leads to economy of budgetary funds and decrease of the load to population"

<p> (KZN.RU, November 19, Ksenia Shvetsova). In Kazan one of the lowest rates to the heat payment is preserved among the cities of other regions. It is possible to constrain the rate due to the constant update of boilers and the installation of modern power effective equipment. 12 boilers were reconstructed, 58 boilers were connected to the new dispatching system for the last two years in the capital city of Tatarstan. Today, Rustam Abdulkhakov, the chief manager of the "Kazenergo" company, reported about it at the Business Monday. </p> <p> The "Kazenergo" company produces thermal energy on 138 boilers and supplies by heat of 25% of the city consumers. The total of consumers accounts for 3702 objects, including 1970 apartment buildings and 327 objects of the social sphere. </p> <p> 12 boilers are reconstructed with total replacement of processing equipment for the last 2 years, and 4 boilers are entirely modernized in the city this year. Besides the works on automation and scheduling of boilers and central thermal items are conducted in Kazan, thereby manufacturing cost of thermal energy and fuel consumption decreases. As a result, the Kazan citizens can save warm. Also R.Abdulkhakov added that the active rate to thermal energy accounts for 1737,53 rbs/Gkal including VAT, but according to the resolution of the Russian Federation, the growth is expected by 1,7% since January 1, 2019. </p> <p> Besides the boiler update, the reconstruction of heat supply networks will have an impact on the reducing the power consumption. 10% of total volume of heat supply networks of "Kazenergo" have been replaced for 3 years in Kazan. In total the enterprise performed works on reconstruction and repair of heat power equipment and heat supply networks by 662 million roubles for the last 3 years, including 239 million roubles of this year's work. </p> <p> 10 new automated installation of water treatment are installed in Kazan this year, and 5 gas measuring complexes are modernized in the city. "All the infrastructure was incorporated in the Soviet period. 10% of total volume of heat supply networks is our victory", - the Mayor of Kazan said and added that the equipment update leads not only to economy of budgetary funds, but also to improvement of service quality and decrease of the load to population. "On totals of the last year our Kazan power engineers managed to constrain rate below, than in adjacent regions did - Bashkortostan, the Samara region, Chuvashia, Mari El. Besides we have the same weather conditions. We clearly plan tomorrow and lead update of the infrastructure", - I.Metshin concluded. </p>
