Thanks to your assistance, Kazan hosted the Universiade 2013, FINA Championships 2015, and the 2017 Confederations Cup matches at a high level. In 2017, in accordance with the resolution of the UN General Assembly, the decree of the President of the Russian Federation established December 5 as a volunteer day. Thus, to the World Cup 2018, the volunteering in Russia worthily marked its professional holiday. </p> <p> Today, development of a charity culture of is one of the priorities in Kazan, and your intense activity in various fields -social, cultural, environmental, patriotic spheres- fully contributes to this development.
