Tatarstan's first modernized branch of the Employment Center opens in Kazan
The first renovated employment center has recently opened in Kazan on 41 Ibragimova Avenue. This center provides comprehensive support for both job seekers and employers. The center not only helps applicants find a job, but also offers training and retraining courses to help them build a successful career. Every day, up to 200 people seeking employment can visit the branch, which is served by 17 employees. The modernization of this employment center was carried out under the Personnel project. The Tatarstan Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection Elmira Zaripova, as well as the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin got acquainted with the work of the branch.
«We remember the employment centers from 20 to 30 years ago well. At that time, there were 80,000 unemployed people in Tatarstan. Today, this number is only 3,000 and employers are actively looking for candidates, creating conditions for their training. Thanks to the national project, we have managed to create modern conditions in Kazan. We have four centers in the city, which is a completely different level of employment work,» - said Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan.
At the entrance, visitors are welcomed by an administrator. There are 14 windows for receiving citizens and employers, as well as a digital services area with two computers. If there are any difficulties, for example with using a computer, the administrator in this area provides assistance in filling out an application or resume on the portal. Center specialists also help with registering and verifying accounts for Public Services. Next, a personalized employment plan is created for each applicant. Every day, up to 200 citizens who have applied can receive a variety of services from 17 specialists.
