Gala-concert of Republican festival «Sozvezsdie-Yoldyzlyk» will be held in Kazan on April 29

About 20 thousand children took part in the festival this year.

On April 29 the great gala-concert of the Open Republic Television Youth Festival of Pop Art «Sozvezsdie-Yoldyzlyk» will be held in the KRK «Pyramida» in Kazan where the names of winners will be announced. This year about 20 thousand children took part in the festival who presented to jury court almost 3 thousand creative performances.

This year the festival is held in the republic for the 17th time, each year new stars are born on its stage. As Timur Sulejmanov, the first deputy minister of the Committee on Children and Youth Affairs of the RT, told that today «Sozvezsdie-Yoldyzlyk» is educational and cultural project which reflects a youth politics in the republic. «The festival seeks to cultivate new generations of the youth which reachs for beauty, and they get the qualitative assessments of experts on the stage. Besides children have the opportunity to show themselves and their skills to be noticed», - emphasised the deputy minister.

«Tatarstan and its multinational people seeks preservation of cultural code. «Sozvezsdie-Yoldyzlyk» is the event which is the guardian of our culture», - noted Dmitry Tumanov, the chief producer of the festival. As he said, a quarter of Tatarstan population are involved in the life of republic festival. On this, the viewing of webcasts is instructive - they are 278 thousand hits.
