<p> (KZN.RU, July 4). On July 13, the V city kite festival “Leti Legko!” will be held on the Kremlin Embankment in Kazan. Citizens and tourists could participate in amateur competitions, master classes, and share the positive mood. </p> <p> So, more than 20 free sites for visitors will be on the embankment where you can join master classes in kite-making, the amateur championship of self-made kites, a game store, and also receive a gift from the organizers. </p> <p> The festival will work from 12 pm to 6 pm, the admission is free, according to the organizers account on social networks. </p>
