The festival of responsible consumption KultTorg will take place for the first time on Baumana Street. The event will take place on July 20. At the event, Kazan residents will be able to hand over recyclables and participate in garage sales, where they will present plants and eco-goods. A retro-style photo zone with a view of the Kazan Kremlin will also be installed.

Activists of the Eco-Friendly project will be accepting waste for recycling, such as shaving machines, felt-tip pens, broken phones, wires, charging cables, blisters from tablets, and other items. Volunteers will discuss the life cycle of recyclable materials and the new products that can be made from them.

The event will take place from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Kremlevskaya metro station, on the circular area near the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan.

According to the organizers, another cultural trade event will be taking place on July 21 on the Kazanka Embankment in the Eco-station Pavilion. Here, visitors can exchange clothes, books, plants, jewelry, and more. There will also be a networking picnic, and pre-registration is required for this event.
