Twenty thousand spectators have visited the Kazan Autumn Festival

A record number of people watched the concert.

The XII Kazan Autumn International Opera Festival, which was held on the square in front of the Palace of Farmers, was attended by more than 20 thousand people. This is a record number of spectators in the history of the event.

Honored Artist of Russia and Tatarstan Aida Garifullina performed together with the musicians of the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Tatarstan. The works of G.Puccini, A.Dvorjak, F.Schubert, P. Tchaikovsky, F.Yarullin, R.Akhiyarova and E.Nizamov sounded here. The orchestra was conducted by the People's Artist of Russia and Tatarstan, as well as the founder of the festival Alexander Sladkovsky, the Press Office of Tatarstan Ministry of Culture reports.

In addition to Kazan Autumn fest, other events dedicated to the celebration of the Day of the republic of Tatarstan and the city of Kazan took place.
