On September 14, artists from Israel, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia will perform in the center of Kazan.
(KZN.RU, September 11). The VII International Festival of Jewish Music in Kazan will open on September 14. A traditional open-air concert will be held on Peterburgskaya Street.
The program includes a whole kaleidoscope of Jewish music. Artists from Israel, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia will acquaint Kazan with modern Israeli, all favorite Odessa, and mysterious ethnic melodies. From 3 pm until the evening, pianos, cymbals, violins, and double basses will be on stage. The guests of the festival this year will be the bands Nefesh, Gefilte Drive, Mostov Band and Ahava, Mizmor Choir, Grand Positive Ensemble, duet Rosa Yakova by Maria Yakubovich and Alexei Rozov. The entrance to the concert-opening is free.
The gala concert will be held on September 16 in the “Pyramid”. The first section will include the brightest performances of the previous festival day, and in the second one, the singer Zhasmin will go on the stage, said the organizers.
