E. Lodvigova: “Infrastructure of sites for large families is the most difficult issue after a land search”

<p> (KZN.RU, June 10, Alena Miroshnichenko). The working group is being created under the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT to provide land for large families with social, engineering, and road infrastructure. </p> <p> Renat Galyautdinov, the chairman of the Committee for Land and Property Relations of Kazan, noted today at the Business Monday, this issue is very acute for the city. Developed and approved programs for the integrated development of communal infrastructure systems for land plots that are federal property and intended to be provided to Kazan families with many children. They comply with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 24, 2008, №161-FZ “On the Promotion of Housing Construction”. </p> <p> Thus, such a program on land plots on the territory of Kazan for 2016–2020 was approved in September 2016. And in April and July 2016, it was made for the territories of the Dachnoe and Krasnoselsky rural settlements of the Vysokogorsky district of the RT. “I hope that their implementation gradually, step by step, will allow solving the issues of networking for sections of large families”, said R. Galyautdinov. </p> <p> Currently, within the framework of the investment program for 2015-2019, OAO “Setevaya Kompaniya” has performed work on electricity supply to the territory located east of Kaimara Settlement, the Vysokogorsky district of the RT. Also in 2018, the company began work on electricity supply to the territory north of Sokury Settlement, Laishevsky district. </p> <p> “The creation of a working group at the level of the republican government to address infrastructure issues in the territories allocated for lots for large children is another good news. This is the most difficult moment after a land search. We worked it out with road builders, resource-supplying enterprises. Now there is hope for a more systematic solution”, commented Evgenia Lodvigova, the deputy head of the Kazan Municipality. </p>
