We put into operation two or three schools annually and are the absolute leader in the construction of schools in the Volga Federal District, only Moscow and St. Petersburg are getting ahead of us,"- Ilsur Metshin said, adding that the construction of one school costs about 1.5 billion rubles.<br> <p> </p> <p> </p> It is also planned to renovate three schools in Kazan this year, the head of the Department for the Maintenance of Social Facilities in Kazan, Pyotr Korolyov, reported. Improvement of the foundation and walls of the catering unit at school No.131 will be carried out, as well as the overhaul of the canteen, while at school No. 173 and gymnasium No. 18, the roof, front and utilities will be overhauled.<br> <br> Under the program of capital repairs of cultural heritage objects in 2022, it is planned to overhaul schools No. 73 and No. 98.<br>
