Two Tatarstan projects participate in the final vote of the Russian competition for the ecotourism development

<p> Two Tatarstan projects “Mirrors of Tatarstan” and “Dingez – Sea of Tatarstan” participate in the final vote of the Russian competition for the creation of tourist and recreational clusters and the ecotourism development. </p> <p> In July, according to the results of voting, two Tatarstan projects (the Vysokogorsky and Kamskoe Ustye tourist clusters) were included in the top 36 projects in Russia. They took the first place among the regions, gaining a total of 74 thousand votes. On September 30, the second popular vote to select the finalists of the competition started. Ten winning territories will receive support for the implementation of projects from Federal and regional executive authorities. </p> <p> It is planned to create a “Mirrors of Tatarstan” cluster on the territory around the Blue lakes in the Vysokogorsky district. The project concept is wildlife 30 minutes from the metropolis. The cluster includes 3 specially protected natural areas: the Blue lakes nature reserve with three crystal-clear reservoirs, the Semiozersky forest and the Kazanka river. </p> <p> The second project is “Dingez – Sea of Tatarstan” – to be implemented in Kamskoe Ustye. The concept of the project – the sea is closer than it looks. The eco – resort combines two specially protected natural areas: the Yurievskaya cave – the only object of speleological tourism on the Middle Volga and Lobach mountain-an observation platform at an altitude of 136 m. </p>
