<p> (KZN.RU, May 7, Alsu Safina). Today, another unfinished construction project was put into operation in Kazan. The house №14 on Chetaev Street for 136 apartments was commissioned, the developer of which was the OOO “Firma Svei”. The house became the first problem object of deceived shareholders to be delivered this year. Thus, 13 out of 30 houses of the second wave of deceived shareholders remain in the capital of Tatarstan. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated the shareholders of the fourth house on the long-awaited event. </p> <p> The construction of the facility started back in 2007, the deadlines for the 19-storey building were shifted more than once until the work finally was done. They resumed in February 2018 by the construction company “Ak Tash”. In October last year, the construction work on the site continued by the company “Briz”. In less than six months, interior finishing works were completed, tiles were laid on balconies, installation of IHPs and networks was completed, a cold facade was insulated, stained glass systems were installed, elevators were installed and delivered, entrances and ramps were equipped, and landscaping of the local area was completed. In the course of the works, the water line was also looped. It allowed solving the problem of not only the fourth house, but also the entire micro-district, in particular, the neighboring house №14a on Chetaev Street and the unfinished 3 house. </p> <p> The importance of solving the problem of deceived shareholders was outlined by Vladimir Putin, the Russian President, during his visit to Kazan. Then the head of state instructed the regions to speed up the development of the construction industry and adopt successful practices. </p> <p> Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, examined two two-room apartments. In total, the house has 68 one-room and 68 two-room apartments. In addition to apartments with a total area of 6683.9 square meters, the house has non-residential premises of over 800 square meters on the ground floor and in the basement. </p> <p> Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, showed the Mayor of Kazan apartment-based meters for hot and cold water, as well as motion sensors that regulate the lighting on the stairs. “These are the questions that we faced 10 years ago when there was no access to metering devices”, reminded the Mayor. “At that time, we saw this only at housing and communal services exhibitions abroad, and now this is the standard to which we are accustomed”. </p> <p> The shareholders thanked Ilsur Metshin, Azat Nigmatzyanov, and Andrey Belyakov, the director of “Briz”, for completing the construction of the house. “I remember you from the meeting during the delivery of the previous house. Of course, then there were other moods, you were in waiting”, said the head of the city. “I am glad that we were able to fulfill the obligations. The quality of the house and improvement are pleasing. Let your life in this house be happy”. The Mayor of Kazan thanked the shareholders for their active participation in the cleaning events. </p> <p> Ilsur Metshin reminded that work on the construction of problem houses have been intensified by the Fund for the support of shareholders and thanks to the support of the leadership of the republic. “Together with the President and the Prime Minister of Tatarstan, we found together a working scheme that allows us to allocate land to companies that complete construction of problem objects”, said I. Metshin. “Another 13 out of the 30 problematic houses of the second wave remain. The problem is planned to be resolved. The main thing is that there are no new ones”. </p> <p> Now the third and the sixth houses remain abandoned in a problem residential complex along Chetaev Street, in the construction of which Rashid Aitov’s company was engaged. The developer OOO “Firma Svei” was once granted permission to build a 3-section 9-storey building, but they sold the apartments as for a 7-section 18-storey residential building. The construction of the third house was frozen in the process of building the frame of the house, so now they need a project to continue the work. According to Azat Nigmatzyanov, now, together with the Fund for the support of shareholders, the design of the house begins. When the document is developed, it will undergo a state examination. The contractor will determine the fund. The construction of the sixth house was carried out with violations. </p> <p> Now in Kazan, the work continues on the first and second houses of the residential complex “Molodyozhny” on Noksinsky Spusk, in a house in the 68th quarter on Chistopolskaya Street, on the fourth house of the residential complex “Symphony” on Rotornaya Street. The construction of the first block of the second house of the RC “MChS” will include the participation of the Izhevsk company “Komos-story”. </p> <p> In 2018, 4 houses for 974 apartments were delivered in Kazan. </p> <p> Ivan Novikov, the executive director of the Fund for Support of Deceived Shareholders, Timur Alibaev, the head of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts’ administration, Marsel Abdulkhakov, the head of the Housing Policy Directorate, and others also attended the event. </p>
