339 road workers and 227 units of special equipment will be cleaning the streets of Kazan today

Over the past day, 1231 tons of sand-salt mixture and 337 tons of reagent were used for anti-icing treatment.

(KZN.RU, November 23). 361 road workers and 405 units of special equipment have been deicing and cleaning streets over the past day. 131 brush tractors, 113 combined road machines, 48 CRM “Boshung”, 42 wheel loaders, 36 MKSM “Barsik”, 30 dump trucks, 5 pavement-cleaning tractors, and other types of equipment were among them.

In all districts of the city, road services treated urban highways and sidewalks with anti-icing materials and carried out snow removal if necessary. Thus, 1231 tons of sand-salt mixture and 337 tons of reagent were used per day. Since the beginning of the season, 662 tons of reagent and 3515 tons of sand-salt mixture have been consumed.

The work on the roads of the city will continue today. According to the Committee for External Improvement, 339 road workers and 227 units of special equipment (68 brush tractors, 47 combined road machines, 26 dump trucks, 32 MKSM “Barsik”, 32 wheel loaders, 17 CRM “Boshung”, 5 pavement-cleaning tractors, and other types of equipment) will clean the streets of Kazan.
