Today, 490 road workers and 270 units of special equipment will clean the snow in Kazan

Over the past day, 364 tons of anti-icing materials were used on Kazan streets.

(KZN.RU, December 3). Over the past day, 364 tons of anti-icing materials were used on the roads of Kazan per day, including 65 tons of reagent and 299 tons of sand-salt mixture.

176 road workers and 359 units of special equipment, including 148 combined road machines, 105 brush tractors, 29 dump trucks, 37 wheel loaders, 27 MKSM “Barsik”, 7 graders, 5 snow loaders, and other types of equipment, were involved in cleaning the city.

According to the districts’ administrations, 490 road workers and 270 units of special equipment will clean the streets from the snow today, reports to the Committee for External Improvement.
