Ninety-nine children from families in a difficult life situation are among the finalists

The final of the All-Russian children cultural and charity festival “Good Wave” has started in the capital of the republic of Tatarstan. Ninety-nine children from families in a difficult life situation will participate in master classes and educational events until September 20. The festival will end with a gala concert, where Dima Bilan, Igor Krutoy, Larisa Dolina, Soso Pavliashvili and others will perform together with the winners of the project.

“We wish good luck to all participants of the Good Wave festival, especially to our Kazan and Tatarstan children. We hope that the waves of good from the capital of the republic will cover the whole country through the broadcast of the gala concert,”- Rustem Gafarov, Head of the Executive Committee of the city, noted at the Business Monday meeting.

Head of the Department of Culture Azat Abzalov noted that this year more than 1,500 people from all over Russia applied for participation in the festival, among them were orphans, children with disabilities, as well as residents of the Lugansk and Donetsk republics. The participants showed their skills in vocals, playing an instrument and choreography.

According to the results of the selection, 99 children, including 13 from Kazan, reached the final. The winners will perform at the gala concert at the Pyramid concert hall on September 21.

“A concert program has been prepared especially for the Good Wave festival, it includes joint performances of Russian stars and festival participants, bright vocals, unusual duets, colorful dance shows and creative video projections,”- the speaker shared.
