<p> By the next heating period, more than 34.6 km of heating networks will be reconstructed in Kazan, which is 4% of the total length of the networks and corresponds to the required replacement standard. This was reported by Deputy head of the Executive Committee of the city Iskander Giniyatullin at the Business Monday meeting. </p> <p> “The first priority is to comply with hot water shutdown schedules,”- said Denis Kalinkin, First Vice Mayor of Kazan. </p> <p> The technical accordance of heat supply facilities and central heating systems for residential buildings and social facilities must be completed by September 1. Residential building readiness certificates must be prepared no later than September 15. Heat supply organizations and heating grid operators for the heating season 2025-26 must receive their readiness certificates no later than November 1, while the city of Kazan must ensure that these certificates are received no later than November 15. </p> <p> Information on the schedule and timing of scheduled maintenance work and related hot water shutdowns will be posted on the official website of the Kazan Mayor’s Office. </p>
