<p> (KZN.RU, July 16, Ksenia Shvetsova). The accepting of applications for the placement of non-stationary retail facilities started in Kazan. Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Executive Committee, told today at the Business Monday how to achieve the right of unauthorized receipt of places for honest entrepreneurs. He instructed the Committee of the Consumer Market to establish strict control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations for each of the 740 objects for compliance with the declared profile and the boundaries of the plot. </p> <p> </p> <p> Ruslan Fazylyanov, the chairman of the Committee of the Consumer Market, said in his speech that the coordinates of each retail facility are put in a single graphical system. It will allow monitoring of their placement in the city. In total, the scheme has 740 objects, 600 seats of which about will be sold without bidding. </p> <p> </p> <p> Currently, starting prices for each place are determined. They range from 307 rubles to 362 rubles per square meter per month, depending on the location. In total, this will attract about 30 million rubles to the city budget. Following the increase in the value of objects during the year, this amount may reach 50 million rubles. </p> <p> </p> <p> “The priority of the Executive Committee is not to collect some money from entrepreneurs. The main thing is that these objects were legalized”, noted R. Fazylyanov. He added that after the contracts are signed, entrepreneurs will begin work on the actual location of the facilities. Considering that many existing non-stationary retail facilities do not correspond to the architectural appearance of the city, special attention will be paid to the appearance of the objects. Another important condition for the operation of non-stationary trading facilities will be the compliance with the established profile. “This norm was previously neglected by many businessmen and they traded what they wanted. Now this will not happen”, said the speaker. “We will demand the placement of facilities either on approved standard projects or on individual projects, previously agreed with the Office of Architecture and Urban Development”. For today, about 800 objects do not meet these requirements. It is planned to bring all objects in the regulatory state before the end of this year. </p> <p> </p> <p> In addition, the fight against unsteady, unauthorized installations will continue. Last year, 224 illegal shopping pavilions have been dismantled in Kazan. This year it is planned to dismantle at least 2 times more objects. </p> <p> </p> <p> Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Executive Committee, reminded that thanks to the support of the republic and the adopted resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT, honest businessmen have a right of unauthorized receipt of places. “The solving of this issue was not easy. We met with entrepreneurs. In addition to the adoption of the resolution, a lot of work was done to clarify the layout of the placement with the analysis of each point. Now a small part of the objects is being drawn. However, the organization of any competition requires utmost clarity”, said D. Kalinkin. </p> <p> </p> <p> He also noted that each of the retail facilities must comply with all norms and the declared profile. “We will fight mercilessly against illegal objects. There will be no loyalty to those who do not observe the established profile and go beyond the boundaries of the objects. 740 objects is a lot, but I ask you to monitor the implementation of contractual obligations for each of them”, instructed D. Kalinkin. </p>
