The Delegation of Uzbekistan takes the experience of specialists in the housing and communal services of Kazan

Denis Kalinkin discussed the results of the visit with Nazirjon Nazirov, the deputy minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

(KZN.RU, May 31, Ekaterina Vislavskaya). A delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan is on a working visit to Kazan. Nazirjon Nazirov, the deputy minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kobil Khamdamov, the first deputy khokim of the Tashkent Region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Bakhodirjon Kakharov the head of the Consolidated Information and Analytical Department of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, met with Denis Kalinkin, the head of the Kazan Executive Committee. They discussed the first results of meeting with system of housing and communal services in the capital of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan was established just over a year ago. Its specialists came to Tatarstan in order to adopt the experience, in particular, of Kazan's achievements, in the area of servicing the multi-apartment housing stock. Members of the delegation got acquainted with the work of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the RT, the management company “Uytny Dom”, the MUP “Vodokanal”, heat supply organizations, held a series of negotiations with experts of the Kazan Executive Committee. Today, the program of the visit includes a trip to the State Housing Inspection of the RT and the AO “Tatenergosbyt”.

The meeting with Denis Kalinkin took place in the Kazan City Hall. Nazirjon Nazirov greeted the head of the city administration on behalf of Muzaffar Saliev, the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He also gave him a memorable gift, a picture of handmade work with the national ornament of Uzbekistan. “Before we leave for Moscow, we wanted to meet with you personally, to convey our sincere gratitude for the reception”, he said. “The group has learned a lot. We have studied your best practices, and it is one of the most positive in the Russian Federation. Taking the opportunity, we also invite you to our country”.

Denis Kalinkin presented the guests with a leather panel with a view of Kremlevskaya Street and expressed hope for continued close and productive cooperation. “We also heard about how rapidly the housing and communal services system in Uzbekistan is developing now. Our colleagues recently visited you and came back surprised after seeing that you have a serious growth. In 15 years or earlier, we will go to you to study”, he said. “We are always happy to share what we have. We hope, we will go and learn from you, because you work is impressive”.

Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee, Dmitry Anisimov, the chairman of the Committee of Housing and Communal Services, and Ildus Nasyrov, the head of the administration and implementation of housing and communal services programs of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the RT, also attended the meeting.
