D.Kalinkin inspected the progress of overhaul of the apartment building on 28 Mavlyutov street

<p> Denis Kalinkin, first Deputy head of the Kazan municipality, got acquainted with the progress of overhaul of the apartment building on 28 Mavlyutov street. Work here is 85% complete, and the facility is scheduled to be put into operation by mid-November. </p> <p> The five-storied apartment building on 28 Mavlyutov street was built in 1970. Today, 273 people live in 119 apartments. The overhaul started here in July this year. Almost all types of repairs were included in the list of works, Dmitry Anisimov, Chair of the housing and utilities committee, told Denis Kalinkin. Only the facade was left unchanged – it was renovated for the Universiade. “To date, all seasonal types of work have been completed: the roof has been made, heating and all control units have been installed, and the basement has been repaired. At the moment, work is underway on electrics and repairs of entrances”, – D.Anisimov reported. </p> <p> The first Vice-mayor inspected the basement, where the weather control unit is installed. “Everything is working”, - assured Chair of the housing and utilities committee and Rinas Sabirov, deputy head of the administration of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts. </p> <p> Denis Kalinkin also inspected one of the renovated entrances. </p> <p> In the yard of the houses 26, 28, 30 and 32 on Mavlyutov street, the territory was landscaped, a playground and small architectural forms were installed. A new trash enclosure for separate waste collection has been built. According to D. Anisimov, this year 85 container platforms are being installed at the expense of the property management companies. To date, 40 of them have been installed. Besides, 210 waste collection sites are being built under the Our yard program. </p> <p> D.Kalinkin highly appreciated the readiness of the facility. “Good job. The main thing is to keep up with the deadlines”, - he concluded. </p>
