D.Kalinkin: «We don’t fill in the holes, spending roubles, we're fully updating the roads»

<p> (KZN.RU, July 22, Ksenia Shvetsova). Within the national project «Safe and high-quality roads» 14 roads and 6 sidewalks are repaired in Kazan, the works execution accounts for 43%. Today, Igor Kulyazhev, the deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee and the chairman of the Committee for External Improvement, announced this at the Business Monday, reporting of run of road-repair works in the capital city of Tatarstan. </p> <p> The total funding of road-repair works in this year accounted for 6 bn 310 million roubles as I.Kulyazhev reminded. 2 bn 350 million roubles were required to the realisation of the national project «Safe and high-quality roads», 2 bn 650 million roubles were required to road maintenance and extra-settlement passages of educational institutions on the route of the World Championship WorldSkills Kazan 2019, 1 bn roubles were required to the domestic territories and passages, 60 million roubles are directed to the repair of feeder roads to garden associations, as well as 250 million roubles were allocated to the traffic lines markings. </p> <p> For today within the project «Safe and high-quality roads» 14 roads and 6 sidewalks from the repairable 67 roads and 18 sidewalks have been fixed, 23 roads and 7 sidewalks are now underway. Besides within the program realisation of the WorldSkills Kazan 2019 route 36 road sections and 34 territories of educational institutions from 86 road sections and 36 territories of educational institutions have been already finished. The construction services at the remaining locations are still continuing, the works execution accounts for 73%. </p> <p> 140 domestic territories were well equipped from the planned road maintenance of 290 domestic territories with the total area of the 300 thousand square metres, the repair works are under way in 60 yards. The works execution from the common plan accounts for 55%. </p> <p> The improvement of three roads to 14 gardening societies is provided this year where more than 4700 garden sections are located, as the speaker reminded. Today the roads are being equipped in the «Volga», «Victory», «Zaliv», «Poisk» gardening societies in Privolzhsky district. </p> <p> The construction of a road has started in Kazan on the section from Midkhat Bulatov Street to Boriskovskaya Street as Igor Kulyazhev told. The 800-meter four-lane road with an overpass over the Fermskoe Highway and an underpass are built within the Big Kazan Ring (BKR). The construction of the road is carried out within the framework of the national project «Safe and high-quality roads» and enters the first stage of the construction of the BKR. </p> <p> «The construction is on schedule, quality control and compliance with regulations of the executed works are exercised by the republic customer «Glavtatdortrans», the urban service of technical supervision, the specialists of districts’ administrations, the Committee for External Improvement and the Transport Committee, the State Road Traffic Safety Inspectorate and simply concerned citizens, - Igor Kulyazhev said. - Off-standard executed works are not accepted before elimination of revealed remarks». </p> <p> The last two years for Kazan were unprecedented by the volume of road works, as Denis Kalinkin noted and then added that the republic administration support assists to reach primarily significant results. «We don’t fill in the holes, spending roubles, we're fully updating the roads”, – D.Kalinkin told. – We put into order yards and streets in the centre and on city outskirts, and due to the World Championship WorldSkills Kazan 2019 we will repair also roads of educational institutions». </p> <p> The head of the Executive Committee entrusted to all responsible employees to follow up on the run of conducted works. «Our main requirements are quality work, therefore I ask to make tighten control over the contractors. In the case of mistakes - they will redo all at additional expense, until they will make as it is necessary», - D.Kalinkin concluded. </p> <p> Besides the road marking is also being updated - these works have been already finished by 96%. From the scheduled 313 thousand of square metres the road marking is used by 303 thousand square metres of roads. </p>
