The Russian Tennis Championship will be held in Kazan

More than 200 best athletes will fight for the title from 22 to 30 of September.

(KZN.RU, September 13). The Russian Tennis Championship will be held from 22 to 30 of September at the Kazan Tennis Academy. More than 200 strongest athletes will compete for the title in five categories: in singles and doubles among women and men, and also in mixed. Tennis players from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Saransk, and Samara will come to the capital of Tatarstan. Seven athletes will perform for the national team of Tatarstan, including Ekaterina Yashina, Veronika Kudermetova, Azalia Badegyeva, Dana Shakirova from Kazan, as well as students of the Volga Region Academy of Sport and Tourism Gulnara Nazarova, Alexandr Boborykin, and Timur Kiyamov.

Qualifying games will be held on September 22 and 23, and the main matches will take place from 24 to 30 of September. The opening ceremony is scheduled for September 24. The final games will be held on September 29 and 30. The entrance to the event is free.
