Kazan future first-graders will receive schoolbags and ride the train

The holiday “I am a first-grader!” will take place in the CLC Lenin for the children from low-income families.

(KZN.RU, August 14). 270 future first-graders from the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinsky districts of Kazan together with their parents were invited to the holiday “I am a first-grader!” to the Cultural-Leisure Complex named after V. Lenin. The event for children from large families, low-income families, as well as children from families in a difficult life situation and disabled people will be held on August 16.

The schoolchildren will receive schoolbags with the necessary accessories within the framework of the action “Pomogi sobrat’sya v shkolu!” (Rus. “Help to get ready for school”), ride the children's train on the square in front of the CLC Lenin, watch the cartoon “Arrow of Heritage” produced by the studio “Tatarmultfilm”, and receive congratulations from the guests of honor. Representatives of the districts’ administration, deputies, enterprises, sponsors of the action will speak from the stage.

In the new school year, 3976 children will go to the first grade in the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts. More than 300 of them need support from philanthropists. In addition to them, 122 schoolchildren of 2-11 grades who are also in a difficult life situation will receive stationery materials, shoes, school and sports uniforms within the framework of the republican action “Pomogi sobrat’sya v shkolu!”, said the organizers.
