More than a thousand amateur sportsmen will take part in the winter corporate games in Tatarstan

Teams will compete in 25 areas, a series of competitions will take place in Kazan.

(KZN.RU, January 9). From 14 to 17 of February, annual amateur competitions “Winter Corporate Games” will take place in Tatarstan. Over a thousand amateur sportsmen will attend the event. Employees of enterprises and companies from different regions of Russia will compete in 25 sports.

The main venue for the games will be the resort town “Sviyazhskie Kholmy”. Sports competitions in several disciplines, business and entertainment programs, as well as solemn opening and closing ceremonies will take place there for two days. In addition, a number of sporting events will be held at field locations: the football and track and field athletics arena and at the Sports Palace in Kazan.

This year's corporate winter games will include more than 25 sports. Participants will fight for medals in cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, ice hockey, slalom, downhill, snowboarding, futsal, volleyball, streetball, athletics, multidiscipline sport, inanimate shooting, national and weightlifting bench press, pull-ups, arm wrestling, tug-of-war, bowling, table tennis, table hockey, darts, checkers, chess, and others.

The competition will end with the award ceremony, a festive show and fireworks, reports the press service of the Ministry of Sports of the RT.
