More than 700 athletes from all over the country will arrive in Kazan for the championship of Russia in taekwondo

Representatives from 50 regions will compete for victory.

(KZN.RU, April 12). From 18 to 22 of April, the championship of Russia in taekwondo GTF will be held in Kazan on the basis of the Palace of Martial Arts “Ak Bars”. More than 700 athletes who have passed competitive selection in 50 different regions of the country will take part in it.

For 4 days in 2 competition halls at 8 sites, athletes will choose the strongest to participate in the main international start of taekwondo GTF in 2019 - the European Championship. It will also be held in the capital of the RT from 24 to 30 of June.

The special guest of the competition will be the demonstration team of the Russian Federation on taekwondo, which includes 50 active athletes. They will perform at the opening ceremony with a demonstration, which will include stunts, synchronous display of blocks, strikes, and demonstration of the technical complex of self-defense.
