The Kazan citizens handed over more than 4 tons of recyclables for processing

<p> (KZN.RU, April 3). The Kazan citizens handed over more than 4 tons of recyclable materials for processing at last weekends. 748 persons took part in the event which was held in one of shopping centres of the city. </p> <p> The Kazan citizens brought to the mobile facility 1316 kg of the paper for recycling, 1411 kg of glass, 444 kg of strong plastic, 256 kg of soft plastic, 110 kg of bottle caps for the project «Magic bottle caps», 69 kg of the TetraPak, 93 kg of metal, 620 kg of the clothes, 3 bicycles for the project «Velodobro» and 37 liter containers of batteries. More than 28 volunteers assisted to receive recyclable materials. </p> <p> We will remind the mobile facility is the social project aimed at popularisation of eco-friendly way of life in the city and collection of recyclable materials for processing. </p>
