<p> More than 12,000 people have paid for their metro rides in Kazan using biometrics. This service is available to residents and visitors to the city at all underground transportation stations since August. </p> <p> To use this contactless payment method, passengers need to register with the Unified Biometric System via the Biometrics State Services application. </p> <p> When entering the subway, they simply need to look at a specialized terminal at the turnstile.
