Concerts, theater performances, contests and master classes will be held from the very morning for young citizens.
More than 100 events will be held on the Children's Day in Kazan. Guzel Sagitova, deputy head of the Executive Committee of Kazan, told about this today at the Business Monday meeting.
The children festival “We love the Kremlin!” and the holiday event “Wizards of the Radiant City” will begin at 10:00. The territory of the Kremlin will transform into a creative stage, a photo exhibition and a concert area.
From 11:00 to 13:00, the Kazan Youth Center named after A.Gaidar, together with the Teenager club and the administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts will hold a festive fair in the Kryliya Sovetov Park. The administration of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts will stage events in the Kaleidoscope Park, in the Moskovsky and Kirovsky districts the events will take place in the park named after Uritsky.
The Old Settlement prefecture and the Al-Marjani mosque will hold a concert and master classes in the square on Zaini Sultan Street. At the same time, a family holiday “School Picnic” will be held at the Palace of Farmers.
The Ekiyat Puppet Theater, the Youth Theater and Theater named after G. Kariev will show charity performances for children, and the Theater named after Tinchurin will held a street party in Tinchurin Square.
The summer season will open in the Kyrlay Park at 15:00. At 16:00, the Black Lake Park will host for the first time an educational class for children and adults, which will focus on the issues of adolescence and the importance of contact with children.
The Kazan Circus will host the children festival at 18:00. The winners of the Sozvezdie- Yoldyzlyk contest will perform there.
Festive events will end on the embankment of Lake Kaban. A concert will be held there with the participation of the School of Rock bands from 19:00 to 21:00.
Charitable foundations have also prepared their own program.
“Children's Day is an important and necessary holiday, intended to once again remind us about our responsibility for children”, - the deputy head of the Executive Committee noted.
