The construction of another 2 problem objects has been restarted due to the work of the republican headquarters in Kazan

Next year, it is planned to deliver a house in the RC “Molodyozhny” and the house №4 on Chetaev Street.

(KZN.RU, October 24, Ksenia Shvetsova). Next year, another problem object of the Group of Companies “Fon”, the house №1 in the residential complex “Molodezhny”, will be delivered in Kazan. Today, the company “Ak Tash” started the work on the site. In the spring of next year, it is planned to deliver the house on Chetaev Street, a problematic object of the OOO “Firma “Svay”. The OOO “Briz” will finish it. Azat Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, held an on-site meeting. He examined houses under construction, discussed problematic issues with contractors, and also answered questions of shareholders who were waiting for the end of the delayed construction.

In total, there are 5 apartment buildings in the problematic residential complex “Molodezhny”. Two of them were delivered: house №4 in the fall of 2015, and house №3 in December last year. The first house of the residential complex is almost ready; it is completed by the construction company “Ak Tash” at the expense of land plots allocated to it.

Azat Nigmatzyanov explained that landscaping is now one of the most important tasks, on which it depends when the object is finished. “If now they don’t have time to make an accomplishment, then, most likely, the house will be delivered not earlier than May-June of the next year. It is impossible to rent an unimproved house. We will try to make it before May”, said A. Nigmatzyanov.

The contractor promises to fulfill the main part of the improvement in the near future.

“First of all, I would like the work outside to be completed as soon as possible”, noted A. Nigmatzyanov. “We wanted to do it in the last year, but we couldn’t, because the fiber-optic communication works were carried out there. To date, this issue has been resolved. And, of course, internal work in the house will be carried out at the same time”.

At the meeting, shareholders also asked questions about the construction of a second house of the residential complex “Molodezhny”. Earlier, the initiative group of shareholders offered to raise funds necessary for the completion of construction. At present, only a part of the amount has been collected, which, nevertheless, has allowed a number of works to be carried out at the facility. A. Nigmatzyanov marked that problem houses will be completed in any case, but the activity of shareholders helps accelerate the pace of work.

Representatives of the initiative group of future tenants noted that it is necessary to convey this to all shareholders.

After the house in the RC “Molodezhny”, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee examined another problematic object: the house №4 on Chetaev Street. The developer was the OOO “Firma Svay”. The OOO “Briz” will finish the house, which will have more than 130 apartments. The company began work about a month ago. Andrey Belyakov, the director of the company, said that in addition to the construction work, they will also have to redo the mistakes of the previous developer. So, today the builders are forced to completely remove the roof, after which they will lay a new one. Today, interior finishing works are being carried out there. Razil Karamov, a representative of the initiative group of shareholders, inquired whether it is planned to make heat-insulated floors and walls in the stairwell. “Today, all these moments are brought into the project, the whole complex of works will be completed. The developer wants to do everything qualitatively so that the object fully meets all standards, and there would be no complaints about it”, replied A. Nigmatzyanov.

“We see that large-scale works are underway, this is a joyful event for us”, Razil Karamov shared his opinion. “According to the contract, we had to move in in July 2014, but we have not seen such real progress until today”.

The meeting was also attended by representatives of the organizations “Kazan Electric Networks” and “Kazan Heating Networks”. They discussed the issue of network transfer. A. Nigmatzyanov explained that the network cable to one of the houses was not laid according to the project, as a result of which it must be transferred. It is planned to resolve the issue of heating in order to fully begin work on the interior decoration of the house. In addition, it was decided to slightly rework the transport scheme. This issue was also quickly agreed on the spot with the administration of the Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts.

The works on the improvement of the territory are carried out at the site. Andrey Belyakov, the head of the contracting organization, promised that in the coming days they will begin to lay asphalt. It is planned to deliver the house approximately in May-June of the next year.
