Askhat Shakhanov appointed the director of Kazan Heating Networks
The appointment was announced by the Mayor of Kazan at the Business Monday.
(KZN.RU, October 29, Irina Smirnova). Askhat Shakhanov was appointed the director of Kazan Heating Networks (a branch of “Tatenergo”). For 12 years, he held the position of the company's chief engineer. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, announced this at the Business Monday today.
The head of the city noted that Askhat Shakhanov has been working at the enterprise since 1989 and “he went through all the steps from a young specialist to a manager”. “We wish our colleague success in the new post and a trouble-free heat supply”, said I. Metshin.
Biography:
Askhat Shakhanov was born on April 24, 1961. In 1985, he graduated from the Moscow Energy Institute, thermal power stations.
