The footballer will play in the match at the Kazan Expo and host an autograph session
Football player Andrey Arshavin will take part in the Games of the Future, which will be held in the capital of the republic of Tatarstan. He will play in a match as part of ‘Football For Friendship’ at the Kazan Expo on February 23.
Fans will have an opportunity to visit an autograph session of the famous athlete, the Press Office of the Tatarstan Ministry of Sports reports.
Russian hockey legends Pavel Datsyuk, Ilya Kovalchuk, Yevgeny Artyukhin, Maxim Afinogenov, Danis Zaripov, Sergey Mozyakin, Alexander Semin and Vasily Koshechkin will also visit the Games of the Future. They will play with athletes from Kazan youth sports schools after the semi-finals of phygital hockey on the Ice Arena.
For reference, the Games of the Future will take place on February 21 - March 3. The sports program includes competitions in 21 disciplines, which will be held at eight venues in the city.
