76% of Kazan's social facilities are provided with heating

<p> (KZN.RU, October 1, Ksenia Shvetsova). Today, the heating season officially began in Kazan. The work includes 33 seasonal boiler-houses of the “Kazenergo” and 10 departmental boiler-houses, as well as district boiler-houses “Azino” and “Savinovo”. 76% of social facilities are provided with heating. Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy director of the Executive Committee, reported today at the Business Monday that 2 weeks are needed for adjusting and debugging the operating modes of heating systems in the housing stock. </p> <p> </p> <p> Taking into account the gradual decrease in the air temperature, the supply of heating to the institutions of the social sphere started from September 19. To date, all hospitals, maternity homes, schools, boarding schools, and kindergartens are provided with the heating. In total, 76% of social facilities were supplied: 315 kindergartens, 181 schools, 35 medical institutions. The heating in the premises of libraries and polyclinics located in residential buildings will be supplied together with houses. “Almost 400 apartment buildings are heated from decentralized heat sources, from individual apartment boilers, therefore they make a decision on starting the heat independently”, said I. Giniyatullin. He also reminded that appeals of citizens on the issues of heat startup are taken by hotlines in the administrations of the city districts, as well as in the system “Open Kazan” by phone 236-41-23. </p> <p> </p> <p> Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, urged the heads of districts and managing organizations to react promptly to all appeals of citizens. “The launch of heat is always a stressful moment. There are questions that need to be solved in real time. I ask you to be fully armed”, said I. Metshin. </p>
