Festive divine services will be held in Kazan churches on January 6 and 7

The Metropolitan of Kazan and Tatarstan Feofan will head the services.

(KZN.RU, January 6). On January 6 and 7, Metropolitan of Kazan and Tatarstan Feofan will hold services in the churches of Kazan on the eve of the Nativity of Christ and on the feast day of the Nativity of the Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ.

On January 6, the Metropolitan of Kazan and Tatarstan Feofan will celebrate Divine Liturgy at the Nikolsky Cathedral in Kazan (Bauman Street, №5). The beginning of the service is at 9 am. Also today, the Bishop will lead an all-night vigil in the Church of the Nativity of Kazan (Adoratsky Street, №38a). The beginning of the service is at 5 pm.

On the night of January 6 to January 7 at 11.30 pm, the head of the Tatarstan Metropolis will perform liturgy in the Church of the Descent of the Holy Spirit (Minnullin Street, №21). Free parking will be available for the convenience of the parishioners on the territory of the complex “Tugan Avily”, located opposite the Advent Church.

On the evening of January 7, the Metropolitan will perform a great vespers at the Annunciation Cathedral of the Kazan Kremlin. The beginning of the service is at 5 pm, reports the press service of the Kazan Diocese.
