On October 31, the exhibition “Bells of Hiroshima” will open at the National Museum of the RT in Kazan

Nadir Almeev, a People's artist of the RT, will present his works at the opening of the exhibition.

(KZN.RU, October 30). The exhibition dedicated to the tragic events in Hiroshima will open at the National Museum of the RT. Nadir Almeev, a People's Artist of the RT, an Honored Art Worker of the RT, will present his works. In a rare and complex technique, the author creates paintings based on poems of poets from a Japanese city. The artist manages to convey the meaning and context of events by exceptional visual means.

The exhibition also will present photos taken in peacetime before the explosion, from the collection of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum. Japanese tank lyrics in Russian and Tatar will complement the atmosphere. Lenar Shaekh, a poet and translator, made the translation into Tatar.

Thus, the tragedy of Hiroshima will appear in three dimensions: photographs of the city before the tragedy, the Japanese lyrics of the tank with memories and feelings of eyewitnesses to the events, etchings of Nadir Almeev with his view from the side.

The exhibition will open on October 31 at 4 pm. The artist Nadir Almeev plans to present his works independently. The exhibition will run until November 12, according to the Ministry of Culture of the RT.

The work of the exhibition takes place in the framework of the “Days of Japan in the RT”, timed to coincide with the cross-year of Russia in Japan and the year of Japan in Russia.
