Airat Faizov, the chairman of the Committee on Children and Youth Affairs, told about the festive traditions of the universities of the capital at the Business Monday today. </p> <p> </p> <p> On Tatiana's Day, the Kazan Federal University organizes folk festivals with pancakes and tea, a large-scale gala concert with guests from all over the capital.
