The festival “Days of Germany in Kazan” starts on September 13,

(KZN.RU, September 11). On September 13, the festival “Days of Germany in Kazan” will start in the capital of the RT. The main theme of the festival will be music art. Concert events are aimed at acquainting the Kazan audience with the outstanding works of musical classics. The festival is called upon to spark the interest of young people in the academic musical culture and the German language. The festival is intended to emphasize long-standing deep bonds between the capital of Tatarstan and Germany, noted the organizers. Kazan has always been a center where a large number of Germans lived. It left a notable mark in the history of the city.

The guests of the festival will have creative meetings, a concert of German organ music, a German song festival “Deutscher Musikabend”, master classes, seminars, as well as results of the contest of a literary essay among students of Kazan “Germany is a music country”.

The opening of the festival will take place on September 13 in the Small Hall of the Kazan Conservatory at 2 pm.
