June 12 is the Day of Russia; according to the Labor Code, it is a non-working holiday.

On this day, parking located along the roads will operate free of charge.

In 2019, municipal parking lots will also work free of charge on August 30, November 4, 6, and on Eid al-Adha.

The working hours of municipal parking lots are set on weekdays and Saturdays from 7 am to 9 pm. The placing of vehicles in municipal street parking is not charged at night (from 9 pm to 7 am), on Sundays and public holidays (around the clock).
