<p> (KZN.RU, July 9). On July 11, the grand opening of the exhibition “Rodchenko. Art revolutionary from Kazan” will take place in Barcelona. Visitors will see art installations of different types of art. </p> <p> The exhibition-performance is a rethinking of the ideas of the great art revolutionary in modern Russia. The project is a symbiosis of the most active and popular art forms of the XXI century. Thematically formed art installations will be located in the exhibition space, corresponding to different types of art: fashion, photography, video, and music. </p> <p> Fashion collections and photo installations are based on original works by Alexander Rodchenko, united by a single musical collage and accompanied by video performances. A unique concept of the exhibition space visualization gives a complete picture of Rodchenko’s role in the development of the art of the beginning of the XX century and the international demand for his ideas in modern times. </p> <p> Previously, the exhibition has already been presented in Warsaw and Paris. </p> <p> The opening of the exhibition is scheduled for 7 pm. The event will be held with the support of the Kazan City Hall and the Kazan Committee on Tourism Promotion. The exhibition will be free until November 13, according to the Committee for Tourism Promotion. </p> <p> For reference </p> <p> Alexander Rodchenko is one of the pioneers of the Russian avant-garde in constructivism. One of the most popular works of the master was the picture “Girl with a Watering Can”, which received world recognition and was sold at Christie’s auction for 115 thousand pounds sterling in 1994. A. Rodchenko set new standards for design and advertising in the world. Rodchenko’s creativity had a huge impact on modern design: painting, photography, architecture, posters, sculpture, interiors. </p>
