The heating season in Kazan will start on October 1

To date, 174 schools, 312 kindergartens, and 31 healthcare facilities have been provided with heating.

(KZN.RU, September 27). On October 1, the heating season starts in Kazan. The corresponding decree was signed in the Kazan Executive Committee.

Administrations of the districts, structural units of the Kazan Executive Committee, and heat supply organizations need to complete the regulation of the central heating regimes in a two-week period. Heads of managing organizations, homeowners' associations, housing construction cooperatives are recommended to provide heating supply to dwelling houses in accordance with the established procedure.

First of all, healthcare facilities, preschool, and educational institutions will be provided with heating. To date, 174 out of 196 schools in Kazan have been provided with heating (89%), 312 out of 339 kindergartens (92%), 31 out of 111 healthcare facilities (28%).
