In six months of 2025, the Administrative and Technical Inspection Department has compiled 5,825 records, of which 4,633 were automatically recorded. In addition to parking violations, these devices will record other violations such as flyers on building facades and icicles and snowcaps on roofs.
“Automatic recording of violations eliminates the human error and increases our capabilities. It's important that organizations and residents understand that we can record many types of violations,” – Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Executive Committee, said.
As many as 177 records have been compiled regarding the owners of buildings who do not maintain the entrance group and facade in a clean condition.
Sixty-eight records have been issued for untimely cleaning. The owners of the territories are also required to ensure the timely mowing of grass on lawns. As many as 133 materials have been sent out regarding the unauthorized installation of barriers and fences in courtyards.
The Administrative and Technical Inspection Department together with the Transport Committee, carries out measures to impose fines for leaving vehicles without state registration plates in municipal parking areas.
To date, the Department has conducted 19 preventive inspections, and representatives from over 70 organizations have participated in six consultation meetings.
