The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin takes part in sending humanitarian aid truck train to soldiers from Tatarstan
The Kazan Mayor’s Office sent the 75th humanitarian aid truck to the special military operation zone. It contains of three cars, motorcycles, ring mounts, an ATV, rescue carts, gasoline and diesel generators, quadcopters, FPV drones, and construction materials. The necessary goods were collected by requests from military personnel and their families. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in sending.
«Today we are sending the 75th humanitarian truck train to our soldiers. We receive detailed requests from soldiers who serve in the Tatarstan regiment, and we collect the cargo specifically for their tasks. This cargo includes ring mounts, quadcopters, thermal imagers, generators, as well as other equipment. More than 400 enterprises from Kazan have participated in the collection of these 75 humanitarian shipments. Representatives of large, medium and small businesses, as well as a huge number of caring people took part in it. We are doing everything necessary to fulfill the requests of the soldiers, save their lives and bring victory closer», – Ilsur Metshin said and expressed gratitude to all the participants involved in the organization of humanitarian aid.
At the request of the soldiers and their family members, three cars, five motorcycles, gasoline and diesel generators, quadcopters with a thermal imager, FPV drones, drone signal amplifiers, drone detectors, thermal imagers and many radio stations were sent. Batteries, cables, oil for machinery and construction materials were also included.
Six rescue carts for transporting the wounded from the battlefield and six ring mounts were also purchased. Kazan volunteers make all this equipment, in particular, ring mounts are provided by participants of the charity fund «For Peaceful Skies».
Humanitarian aid will be delivered to military personnel of the 3rd Tank Battalion, Alga and Timer battalions, soldiers at 428, 1232, 1233 and 218 tank regiments. Bulat Aleyev, Chief of Staff of the Executive Committee, will traditionally deliver the cargo.
The Coordinating Council of Humanitarian Organizations, established in January 2025, collects, distributes and processes requests.
The Kazan Mayor’s Office provides comprehensive support to the participants of the special military operation since its beginning. During this time, 74 shipments of humanitarian aid were collected and sent by the administration.
