Russia adopts special measures to support all sectors of the economy

<p> Special measures to support all sectors of the economy have already been adopted by the government for large and medium-sized enterprises, deputy head of the Executive Committee of Kazan Ildar Shakirov reported. Among them are annual grant support for startups, concessional lending to ensure the current business and implementation of IT new projects, zero income tax rate until the end of 2024, exemption of IT companies for up to 3 years from tax and other types of state control. </p> <p> All these measures apply only to accredited IT companies, Ildar Shakirov noted. </p> <p> <b>Support for small and medium-sized businesses: suspension of inspections, repayment holidays, zero VAT </b> </p> <p> The Russian Government has adopted a package of measures to support small and medium-sized businesses. </p> <p> Inspections of enterprises and entrepreneurs have been suspended until the end of 2022. The measure does not apply to inspections of sanitary-epidemiological, veterinary and fire control. </p> <p> At the same time, licenses and permits that expire before December 31 of this year are automatically renewed. </p> <p> For business companies with loans, repayment holidays are introduced again. “As of today, a list of industries has been approved, which will be able to take advantage of repayment holidays in 2022. The support measure applies to those borrowers whose incomes have fallen by more than 30%”,- Ildar Shakirov noted. </p> <p> At the same time, it is planned to introduce zero VAT for those market participants who build, lease and manage tourist facilities. </p> <p> A financial measure of support will also be the extension of compensation for the bank commission for the use of the fast payment system, preferential revolving and investment loans for businesses at a rate of no more than 15% per annum, as well as the resumption of the program of concessional lending at a rate of up to 8.5% per annum. </p> <p> <b>Republican support: microloans, accounting assistance, access to the marketplace</b> </p> <p> The republic actively supports entrepreneurs as well. In Tatarstan, there are a number of microloans for entrepreneurs. </p> <p> In addition, the Tatarstan Ministry of Economy provides services to businesses in organizing participation in exhibitions and fairs, entering marketplaces, bringing products into compliance with the necessary requirements, as well as reporting, accounting, as well as development of business plans and feasibility studies. </p> <p> Support measures will also be provided to the self-employed.
