R.Minnikhanov: "We will always support those who wants to work, prove and achieve success"

The Х extended meeting of the Council on Business Productivity under the President of RТ was held in Kazan.

Today, in Kazan the Х extended meeting of the Council on Business Productivity under Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of RТ, was held in the trading-entertaining complex "Pyramid". This meeting brought together about 250 businessmen, the representatives of the Ministries and republic departments. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, took part in the event. The main issue on the agenda for the meeting became supporting small and medium-sized businesses, including the issue of credit resources.

Rustam Minnikhanov: "Each businessman is important to us"

Opening the council work, Rustam Minnikhanov emphasised potency of the selected format - discussions. They assist to exchange opinions and improve business-community. "For 3 years of work a wide range of issues was considered, plenty of the business initiatives was maintained, and the most different and difficult issues were resolved. The format of the work had established itself as an effective platform for transformation of the business environment. We brought about changes in the federal and republic norms which managed the entrepreneurial activity. Providing broad opportunities for realization of the business-ideas is our priority. Therefore the efforts are continuously under way to enhance the business: the powerful infrastructure is created, also the information and the financial support is provided in the RT. Special attention is being paid to the financial support of the small and medium sized businesses. More than 1 billion roubles were allocated from the federal budget for those purposes this year", - the Chapter of the RT noted as well. "Each businessman is important to us. We will always support those who wants to work, prove and achieve success. It is the successful development of our republic", - R.Minnikhanov emphazised.

During the meeting members underlined the financial support is granted from the federal and the republic budgets, the banks offer the regular credit financing. However the researches of the business environment show that the challenge of insufficient financing of the small and medium sized businesses at hand is pressing. The members of the Council discussed the availability of financial resources for business. As the practice shows, the businessmen frequently have trouble with a credit arrangements, but everyone has their needs.

Are the banks interested in the small and medium sized businesses?

The representatives of the banks agree that the issues of financing of the small and medium sized businesses are one of the pressing current challenging issues. During the meeting representatives both the federal and the republic financial companies were able to speak on all agenda items.

Ilsur Metshin: "We have to watch for the number of loans and demand it"

Special attention was being paid to the realization of the city program of preferential crediting. Ilsur Metshin spoke of the need for changes in the program that the work was effective as possible.

The President of the RТ: "The State must assume the responsibility to the part of risks"

"It is necessary to simplify the system of credit delivery, to make it more transparent and, of course, the State must assume the responsibility to the part of risks. We should create opportunities for business: industrial parks, business-incubators, and other tools that the talented businessmen are at us. At the same time the businessman should understand the responsibility of those people, to which he addressed. We will continue our work. When the authority is interested, the bureaucracy will be lowered significantly", - the President of the RT summarized.
