The results of the «Kazan Employers: Youth Choice» competition were announced at the URAM Extreme Park
On the eve of Youth Day, the results of the «Kazan Employers: Youth Choice» competition were announced at the URAM Extreme Park. The competition was organized by the Mayor's Office in cooperation with the job search company hh.ru. The Mayor of Kazan, Ilsur Metshin, presented the awards to the winners.
Addressing the participants of the competition, Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin emphasized the significance of the initiative and the role of young people in the development of the city. «I didn’t participate in the summing up, but, in my opinion, everyone deserves an award. I am happy to see employers literally competing for our young people and employees in general,» - the Mayor said. He added that every employer wants to hire the best, and thanked God that Kazan was growing not only with beautiful parks, squares, new residential areas, and business facilities, but also with job opportunities.
The competition consisted of several stages. Applications were accepted from May 26 to June 4. The participating companies provided information by completing a questionnaire on the online platform kakdela.hh.ru.
From June 6 to June 20, a popular vote was held in which young residents of Kazan chose the best employers.
As many as 240 companies from Kazan participated in the competition. Based on the results of the survey, 87 organizations were selected for the final vote.
The Maximus Fitness Club (headed by Marsel Sharapov) was named the winner in the category of companies with up to 100 employees,
KamaStroyInvest, with between 100 and 500 employees (headed by Elvira Gubaidullina), was recognized as the best in its category.
In the category of companies with more than 500 employees, two winners were announced: AK BARS Bank and Sibur-RT, headed by Airat Safin.
