Participants will learn how ethics are shaped, and what role the leader plays.
(KZN.RU, February 15). On February 20, an open master class “Ethics as Capital” by Tom Rawlins, a professor at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management, will take place in Kazan.
Tom Rawlins is the expert in leadership, a co-founder of Business Training Russia, which has been transformed into one of the most successful corporate values development companies The Everyco Group; a candidate for a doctorate from the University of Birmingham. He will tell the master class participants how ethics are formed, what role the leader plays, why it is important that employees share the company's ideology, and how leader’s decisions affect the team and its performance.
The master class will be held on February 20 from 6 pm to 9 pm at Chernyshevsky Street, №39.
The event is free. Seats are limited, and prior registration is required.
