Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt will be included in the Kazan Book of Honor

<p> The State Unitary Enterprise «Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt», the leading organization in the republic in urban planning, architectural design and construction engineering surveys, has been included in the honor book of the capital of Tatarstan. This decision was made today at a meeting of the Presidium of the Kazan City Duma. The meeting was chaired by Mayor Ilsur Metshin. </p> <p> «It is difficult to summarize all the credit of the company in a short summary. They are extensive, and their history is rich», – the Mayor said. </p> <p> Over the years, Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt has developed design documentation and master plans for more than 1,000 facilities in Tatarstan and Russia, as well as established land use and development regulations. Their initiatives have been implemented in more than 20 regions of the country, including new regions. Thirty-nine economically efficient projects have been included in the register of the Russian Ministry of Construction. </p> <p> The company contributed to the development of Kazan and the transformation of its architectural landscape. According to its projects of schools, kindergartens, residential areas, cultural and healthcare institutions, as well as sports venues such as the Ak Bars Arena and the Aquatics Palace have been built. </p> <p> In 2019, the Kazan Expo was constructed to host the WorldSkills Championship in Kazan, a project that was also developed by the company. Another remarkable project of the organization is the IT Park. </p> <p> Currently, according to the unique development of Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt, together with well-known Russian and foreign architectural bureaus, the construction of a new Kamal Theater is being completed in the city. The company is working on the creation of a project for a section of the second line of the Kazan metro. </p> <p> The institute develops projects outside the republic, such as the Children's Rehabilitation Center in Yevpatoria and the facilities of Sevastopol State University, the Azov State Technical University in Mariupol, apartment buildings in new regions of Russia have been restored. The Ak Bars Children's Health Complex project in the Republic of Crimea has been successfully implemented. </p> <p> Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt also works on educating the next generation of specialists. Since 2018, they have held a competition for a scholarship to support talented students at Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. </p> <p> The proposal to include Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt in the Kazan Book of Honour was supported by all delegates. </p> <p> The meeting also discussed the agenda for the 34th session of Kazan City Duma, scheduled for November 22. The agenda includes personnel policies, amendments to the city budget, rules for land use and development, and more. </p>
